Ava has surely touched my life and my families. We have followed her story after seeing her story while following friends of ours from Fort Mill SC. Ava definately shows how brave and precious children can be. I am blessed to have been able to be a part of her journey, even from such a small perspective. Thank you for sharing your precious baby with us all. I pray that you will continue to have the strength to get through this and love on Liam. Know that Ava is right there with you every day!

I am so sorry for your loss. Ava will always live on in the rain that falls, the sun that shines and the stars that twinkle. As a mom that has lost a son remember all the good times that you had, cherish them in your hearts. When days are bad write her a note put in a jar for reading later. May you find peace knowing that she is home.

This journey that you have allowed us all to follow has touched us all so deeply. Our words, tears, love barely share how much Ava means to us all. Liam has the best Guardian Angel a brother could have. She is in my heart and thoughts not only for today, but alaways.

I started to follow Ava’s journey and story when her aunt requested that a bear be sent to her. She has touched my life and has touched the life of others and she was the child chosen by the person that created the cover photo for the petition to have a bear made for childhood cancer awareness. I have followed the story for many of these children and have gotten to know them through the writings that the families share. I have learned that these kids are so special and they touch others in a way that no one can understand. Ava was a very special girl and was strong and loving and had the most beautiful smile. May you be comforted and loved by all of those that Ava has touched and continues to touch. Thanks for sharing her and her story with me and so many others.
